Scope and Contracting Parties

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts between OM Outlet Möbel GmbH, Weckbacherstrasse 12, 63937 Weilbach, Germany (email: mail@om-moebel.de) — hereinafter "we" — and users of the online shop (hereinafter "customer" or "you").

Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

Prices and Shipping Costs

All stated prices are final prices including statutory VAT.
Shipping costs: Delivery is free for orders of 49 € or more. For orders under 49 €, the shipping costs are shown in the cart before the order is completed.

Payment Methods

Payment methods: Credit card (VISA, Mastercard), PayPal and Klarna.

Delivery and Assembly

Items in stock are usually delivered within 3–5 working days; for other items the delivery time stated on the product applies. Upon request, we offer delivery and professional assembly at a fixed price.

Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In addition, we offer a warranty of up to 5 years on many of our products — see the respective product description for details.

Right of Withdrawal

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the Product Liability Act. We are also liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is otherwise excluded.

Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Dispute Resolution

We are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
